I have 5 weeks left too! I just want to take my boards and be done with it all! Most of all I'm looking forward to more free time in which to finally exercise as much as I need to, and maybe read a fun book or watch a movie! We can do it!!

Yeah, I'm feeling that same vibe. I'm done with this quarter Dec. 9th. This quarter's instructors seem so disorganized; coupled with my lack of motivation, I'm surprised I'm even passing.

I am so tired as well. I have been looking forward to pinning for years. Now that its less than six weeks away, it just seems like another thing to try to work into my hetic schedule.

Hang in there, you are almost there! I feel the same way, tired and burnt out. I wish I only had 5 more weeks. I have 6 months left. May can't get here fast enough. Hang in there, you are in the homestretch!

I totally understand, and I've only got 4 weeks left of my 2nd semester! One thing that helps keep me going is that the economy's got another year to bounce back before I hit the pavement, looking for a job. :uhoh3:

Just think....you can enjoy the holidays without having to worry about buying more books, financial aid applications for next year, getting the least-desirable clinical sites/instructors..... :yeah: and let's not forget all those wonderful students that have been getting on your nerves since NS started!! :lol2:

You can do it! Best of luck on the NCLEX, too :-)

I feel your pain. I take my last final Dec 13th, and pinning/graduation is the 16th...yep, one more thing to squeeze into my schedule. So. ready. For. This. To. Be. Over.

Finals December 5th, pinning December 9th, then Kaplan the following week. Ugh! But part of me is giddy too. I am so thrilled to have gotten here - when I started pre-req's I was not sure I would have what it takes. I have learned a lot more than just nursing - this has been a journey into self awareness and self esteem for me. I refuse to let the stress rob me of this moment. You should see if you can too. Look back often on how far you have come and really really FEEL that accomplishment. It is not a small one. Congrats to all of us! :hrnsmlys:

notdoneyet you are correct. I have to see that I'm so blessed to be where I'm at. Please pray that I pass my exam on Thursday. Maybe I will get more excited as we get through exam one, hopefully.
