Fall 2008 Final Grades! BE PROUD!!

I wanted to start a post on final grades for the Fall 2008 semester. I'm very happy with my grades right now i'm doing the happy dance! LOL.

Anthropology (Buried cities and lost tribes) = A

Anatomy and Physiology 202 = B

How did everyone else do?

Microbiology - A

English 211 - A

Interpersonal Communication - B (I'm trying not to feel too bad about this, I blew off a 100 point assignment, which automatically put me into a B) Otherwise it would have been an A.

I still made Dean's list and my GPA is around 3.9, so I'm not too upset. I start the nursing program in January, so I have to look forward, not back.:yeah:

I was so excited for this. I worked really hard and had a rough 2nd half of the semester in my Chem class (B's on both of my tests). I was so excited when I got the grade and it was overall an A. Now on to semester 2, hopefully my 4.0 will stay in tact. I will have online classes so we will see. I also will find out in February if I get into the nursing program for next fall.

Although I had really wanted an A in my lecture rather than an A- (4.5 points away) I feel I did okay..especially considering I am working 40+ hours at one job and various hours at another job too.

Still waiting to find out my Intermediate algebra grade.... it's either a B or an A ( Had to get 26 out of 30 correct on the Final Exam to maintain A) otherwise:

Chem II, Bio, and Writing 102 next semester! I project A's and B's in the rest of my prereqs. Anyone know what my chances for acceptance into a state U BSN program are with a C in english?
