The air quality has gotten bad enough that our district is closing tomorrow and next week we are on Thanksgiving break. I wanted to say Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, enjoy your family and friends and count your blessings. I am thankful for all of you.

I am thankful for you all. When I came back, this was my place. You are my peeps and co-workers. I have crossed the line into "real life" with many of you. I love that others from AN come to this board knowing how close we are. I would be so secure if any of you were to take care of my kids. ANY of you.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving.
I am here until Wednesday morning, when our Biggest Loser contest ends for the Fall. I think I have a shot.

It's Grandparent's Day on my campus. I have my adult BVM and oral airways sitting on my counter and the AED case alarm turned off; wheelchair in the ready position. Off next week:yes:
And yes...you guys are the best of the best, day in and day out, and I'm a lucky guy to have found this forum.
Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving to all!
Like Farawyn, I am more grateful that you all will know that I have ya'll. This "nurse's station" has been one of the best I've ever had the privilege of being art of. :)

I hope you have a great break as well! And hoping all the asthmies stay away with that air quality!
Side note, I've alway meant to tell you how much I love your profile pic, Glitter!

So grateful for all of you and wishing you all many blessings for next week. I am out of here at 1:30, heading up to New Hampshire White Mountains for a weekend with girlfriends, then on Tuesday at 5:00 am, me, my DH and my two kids head to Disney for a week! We are coming up on the one year anniversary of losing my dad (cannot even believe it has almost been a year), just celebrated my son's Bar Mitzvah last weekend, and I need a BREAK! Really looking forward to a relaxing week in 75 degree sunny Orlando. And I am making sure to spend a lot of time at gthe resort by the pool with a drink in hand and not dealing with Disney Parks madness!

I would be so lost without y'all! I don't post too much, but I read every post and gain knowledge with all of them! Thank you all!
We have a regular day today, so kiddos leave at 4:25 and I'm out of here at 4:50. Nothing huge planned; just R&R with no medical emergencies, please!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all! Can't wait till the bell rings at 3pm! I wish I was doing something exciting this Thanksgiving but I am just hanging around the house next week - eating, shopping, eating, more shopping and dragging out the XMas decorations :)
