Published

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

Due to abuse by spammers the site requires members to have 15 or more posts to be able to send a pm

Oh thanks I see, what 15 new subjects started by me?? Or just 15 comments? Thanks

case completed? i dont know what you mean. but youll just have to wait for your priority date to be current. in my case, when the bulletin was out and my pd was current, after 2 days I received a mail from nvc of the interview scheduled after a month.

Hello everyone.. just now joining this thread. I've learned a lot from those who shared their experience and i want to thank you all. There's very little information on the web about the timelines etc. Or maybe i just dont know where to look.

Im trying to learn the milestones, so to speak, that i should be looking out for. I was recruited by a hospital in houston in October 2015, passed my nclex March 2016 and my agency here in the philippines just had me sign my eta 9089 a little over a week ago and had me send it directly to their partners in the US. The agency is pretty reputable and the hospital is footing the bill for anything related to getting qualified to work in the US so there's no question of fraud here.

I know i still have a long ways to go in the process compared to you guys here who have been waiting for years already but just wanted to see if anyone can tell me what's next... and should I go ahead and get my visa screen certificate already? I've already passed ielts and it's due to expire next year so i wanna be able to use that and not have to resit the exam.

Thanks in advance for your input and comment.

Currently if born in the Philippines you have a waiting time of 8 years and vsc is only valid for 5 years. Either way you will need to resit English exam before your PD is current going on current predictions

Just an update for myself. I passed my US embassy interview and got my visa approved. The total wait for my EB3 only took me 11 months.

As for interview, they asked questions like how many years of nursing experience do you have? how did you find your sponsor company? where will you be working? and do you have kids? That's all. it was not as difficult as I expect.

yeah, embassy interviews are just like a verification of the information submitted, the immigration process timeline depends on which birth country you are from

I would like to ask, where is it exactly do you look to check what PDs are current at the moment.

A link/information would be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

May I ask what if I will be working in the UK (I am still waiting for my DL though), and I apply for a job in the USA as a nurse there, will my working visa or what ever the term in the uk for work visa be affected legally? I mean, I will be sponsored by my employer (COS) so, what should I do in order for me to apply to the USA. I am a registered nurse both in the Philippines and in the USA as well. Thank you very much.
