  1. Thank you for all replies I already got a job offer through another agency. Hopefully it all work out well. I was worried because the contract from my sponsered company showed not allow to work for other agency. Or they can sue me
  2. I know I can work for anyone since I have green card. But would my agency knows if I don't tell them?
  3. Hi, I got my green card through a staffing company. However, they don't have any job openings for me at this moment because they said I don't have US experience. I already enter New York as a Permeant resident, but I have no jobs at all. I am burning my money here. I found some job offerings from other agencies. Can I work for them? I need to survive, my sponsored company does not care at all. They don't have jobs for me, what can I do?
  4. Hi, I am in the same boat. My recruiter could not give me any job now because I don't have US experience.I don't know how long they want me to wait. I am searching for the same answer too.
  5. Hi, Is there anyone ever endorse their RN license to Nevada? I check the website, it looks like that nurses from non English speaking countries need to take TOFEL . Just wondering do they accept IELTS?
  6. My license is currently with new York now. I want to endorse my license to Texas. I already have CVS , do I need to apply for CES report? Also, would online application be faster than paper application?
  7. Just an update for myself. I passed my US embassy interview and got my visa approved. The total wait for my EB3 only took me 11 months. As for interview, they asked questions like how many years of nursing experience do you have? how did you find your sponsor company? where will you be working? and do you have kids? That's all. it was not as difficult as I expect.
  8. Hi ceres24, Thanks for your share. How long did you wait to get the interview date after your case completed? I am still waiting to have my interview date.
  9. Hi, Just update my case status. I called NVC today and they told me my case was completed on April 11 already. Just wondering how long does it normally take to get my interview date? would they give me a month in advance before my interview?
  10. Hi, I already sent out all documents to NVC about 1 month ago. My priority is current, but I haven't heard anything from NVC. Is this normal?
  11. Hi kimidol, can u please share why people you know got rejected from embassy interview?what was the problem? and what is your nationality?
  12. Hi, I am currently filling outDS-260,and there is a question " Have any of your U.S. visas ever been cancelled or revoked? I got rejected once for my US visitor about 7 years ago, shall I put yes or no for this question?
  13. Is there anyone can share their NVC interview experence to me? what do they normally ask? I am currently not working as a nurse due to some family reasons. Would this affect my interview outcome?
  14. Hi, My I-140got approved on December 30, 2015. On January 19, 2016.My status showed my case has sent to the Department of State for visa processing. Just wondering how long does it normally take to hear from NVC? I haven't receievd anything from NVC so far.
  15. The process in US is much easier and less complex than that in Canada! I suggest you going to persue your nursing career in the US.
