Here is my situation: I'm an Iranian citizen. I recently graduated in the Philippines. I can't work in Iran Iranian educational system doesn't evaluate my nursing education although most other countries do evaluate!! I can't work in the Philippines because they don't allow me to pass their national nursing board exam! It's only for Filipino citizens I would love to work in other countries but they all accept only experienced nurses!! Can anybody guide me please .I really don't know what to do. Where can I start working as a nurse? I would go anywhere!!

DO THEY ACCEPT new graduated nurses as well?

As you know one of the prerequisites to take the NCLEX is to be registered in the country of your education, so I asked the Philippines PRC (professional regulation commission) regarding my registration problem And they told me that they will provide me a certification named (Certification of ineligibility to take the Nursing licensure Examination for NON-FILIPINO Citizens) . What do you think? Would this certification be enough for me to take the NCLEX?

I understand , but how about those Iranian nurses ?(There is no registration exam in Iran) so how would they apply ? By the way I'm eligible to take CGFNS Does CGFNS help me to be eligible for canada?

Well Philippines nursing system does not allow foreign nurses to take their national registration exam . Im really confused.
