  1. AOS is the petitioner's responsibility, once that is done, you will then be advised to send your docs to NVC or through your agency
  2. So many were caught off guard (for a good reason) with the 1 yr jump on Visa Bulletin for those from EB3 Philippines. I guess it's time to ensure that your documents are still valid especially Visa Screen.
  3. search around, so many are hiring for US: ADEX, IPAMS, MEDPRO, AVANT, HEALTH CAROUSEL/PASSPORT USA, WORLDWIDE HEALTH/HEALTHSTAFF.ORG
  4. So many are doing that, they work in UK while waiting for their application in the US, once their Priority Dates become current and their case progress towards embassy interview, that's just part of the process, it's a lengthy process, before you know it, your contract in UK already expires and yet your PD is not current yet, but, yes, that's normally fine.
  5. it won't affect your UK application should you pursue your application to US
  6. it depends on your country of birth, at the moment those born from Philippines have 7 yrs of waiting as the current visa bulletin is still at 2009
  7. yeah, embassy interviews are just like a verification of the information submitted, the immigration process timeline depends on which birth country you are from
  8. wait between 4-6 weeks for your P4 to arrive
  9. it usually take 30 days for them to review your documents, in some cases, it takes 45 days, you may try to call them and ask, they normally answer queries like this.
  10. This is quite opposite in one of the hospitals in London, for the past 2 years until this week, they have hired around 200 nurses already, the last batch I guess will be coming from India and there will be 30 of them. The Trust took the opportunity to hire from overseas to help defray their deficit specifically in their agency spending which reaches a Million mark monthly. The hiring had stop though since they are aware that in the next fiscal year, the cap will take place and they may not have the budget anymore, but yes, they did hire and so other NHS trust am aware of within London area.
  11. my say on this, yes, there is no shortage of Nurses perhaps (if referring to newly Registered Nurses w/o experience), but for Nurses with specialization already like ICU, A&E, Renal, then I guess, there are still shortages in this field.
  12. if I may ask, do you know where to apply to Canada if you are in UK? did you use agencies? or did you go through direct to the hospital? any info helps...thanks....
