EB3 MOVEMENT 2015---for those who want to pursue their US application.

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

Just wondering NVC just give you a specific date for interview? are we able to reschedule it ? Thank you!

you can reschedule it by visiting their site. once your receive the letter informing you of the interview, they will include info regarding how to reschedule it

Hello guys,

It's nice to be back here in allnurses.com,my PD is now current ,only this month,and I am planning to try my luck again for the American Dream.I will take my exams for Ielts this coming May 7 here in Calgary,Ab. My question will be, Do you think that there is a great chance of failure during the interview in the Embassy? and what are the common grounds of rejection.

By comparrison, When I applied here in Canada before,those people who were called to be interviewed,were the ones who had problems.

Usually EB visas everyone gets an interview so I see no reason for issues as long as your documents are up to date and you have a employer letter

Hi universalnurse,

The Canadian Embassy is so strict about when comes to common law relationships.They don't usually do Embassy interview,and I am a Filipino citizen .

Hi,

I already sent out all documents to NVC about 1 month ago. My priority is current, but I haven't heard anything from NVC. Is this normal?

it usually take 30 days for them to review your documents, in some cases, it takes 45 days, you may try to call them and ask, they normally answer queries like this.

Hi,

Just update my case status. I called NVC today and they told me my case was completed on April 11 already. Just wondering how long does it normally take to get my interview date? would they give me a month in advance before my interview?
