EB3 MOVEMENT 2015---for those who want to pursue their US application.

Published

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

How long is the processing time for the EB3? I am just new here and I seek for advices :) thanks a lot! :)

I would like to ask, where is it exactly do you look to check what PDs are current at the moment.

A link/information would be highly appreciated.

Thanks!

Visa Bulletin

How long is the processing time for the EB3? I am just new here and I seek for advices :) thanks a lot! :)

it depends on your country of birth, at the moment those born from Philippines have 7 yrs of waiting as the current visa bulletin is still at 2009

May I ask what if I will be working in the UK (I am still waiting for my DL though), and I apply for a job in the USA as a nurse there, will my working visa or what ever the term in the uk for work visa be affected legally? I mean, I will be sponsored by my employer (COS) so, what should I do in order for me to apply to the USA. I am a registered nurse both in the Philippines and in the USA as well. Thank you very much.

it won't affect your UK application should you pursue your application to US

Hi chris_NC0112: Thank you for your replies! :) So it means I can still apply for jobs in the USA even if I will be working in the UK? I mean, will my employer in the UK allow me? sorry a lot of questions because I really need to know so that I can prioritize everything here while I am still in the Philippines lol given a chance, apparently, I will be asking/ requesting for my UK employer's certification being an employee in their hospital, won't they file a complaint of something? :/

May I know your email address? mine is: [email protected]

Many thanks chris_NC0112! :)

Hi shulace. may I now your agency in the Philippines? I am also an NCLEX-RN passer but that was way way back lol I would like to inquire about my situation since I have a current application to the UK but I also want to use my license in the USA given a chance. thank you.

Hey. Me too!

Im with IPAMS.

I have pending applications for both US and UK. But because it'll take several years for a US visa I decided to pursue a career in the UK while waiting for the US. I asked my agency they say it's fine. You'll be under contract for 3 years in the UK so that should open you up for availability when a US visa comes through in say, 7 to 8 years.

Thanks for that chris_NC0112

Just to verify that my assumptions re correct, being a nurse, we're under third preference? And the date for that is what i should be watching right?

Hi! thanks for your response shulace :) If I am right, your agency for both USA AND UK is only one and that is IPAMS? I am planning to apply too for a job in the USA while in the UK same as yours :) I just hope there are still slots or job hiring interviews available.

Did you first have the USA job offer or the ones from the UK? :)

Thank you! :)

Thanks for that chris_NC0112

correct

So many are doing that, they work in UK while waiting for their application in the US, once their Priority Dates become current and their case progress towards embassy interview, that's just part of the process, it's a lengthy process, before you know it, your contract in UK already expires and yet your PD is not current yet, but, yes, that's normally fine.

Who can recommend best recruitment agencies bound to the USA for us Registered Nurses? I am from the Philippines and one of the agencies that I am planning to submit my cv doesn't have an available US job offer. Kindly share yours and your experience with your agency. Thank you very much! :)
