  1. Hi. Thanks a lot! Your response shed a light on my concern and it is very informative. I have asked my agency about it and they said that they are still waiting for my employer's feedback. I don't know the status whether my employer has or has not applied my COS yet.. I am getting worried because I am already finished with all of the medical tests that expire in due time. Lol but I am hoping that my COS will come anytime soon. : p Again, thank you for your reply phoenixblaise : )
  2. Hi guys. Kindly share your waiting time of your COS from the day you receive your DL. I have been waiting for almost a month now, yet I still don't have my COS. I am also done with my medical exams. Is this natural/okay? How long/ what is the time range for COS? Thanks in advance guys! :)
  3. Hi. I just want to ask how long did you guys received your COS? Thanks! : )
  4. Hi mamba1976. Thank you for sharing your insight about the brexit. :)
  5. @mariamarshall: Hi. Pm sent :)
  6. Hi. Thank you for your response to my queries. I am relieved now. : p lol Btw, are you finished with all of your medical tests? It's good to know that you already have your IOM certificate while waiting for your DL ; ) In my case, when NMC was requiring me to submit an additional form, I received an email about it. It did not show on my portal though. From what I've read on this thread, some applicants were asked to resubmit the breakdown of theoritical/clinical hours from their university/school, others were required to send an additional document like a letter declaring something about their work, license/registration in another country, and others (case to case basis) Hope these help! :)
  7. Hi. I have queries about the details in the IOM Certificate. I know this is far from the thread but I am worried because it might have an impact with my application. My concerns are: 1. In the 'Nationality' section, PHILIPPINES was entered/typed instead of FILIPINO in the printed result//certificate 2. In the full residential section: the staff did not type 'Philippines' at the end of my full address so I am thinking, it is not considered 'full address' Anyone who already has IOM certificate, kindly check yours and tell me if the details are same or not. Thanks in advance! :)
  8. Hi. Usually, it takes 10-15 days for NMC to upload barcoded forms from the day they received the documents in their office. You just have to check your portal every now and then to see if those forms have been uploaded on your portal. Also, always check your emails for any feedback. it is tiresome but it is the best thing to do especially now that NMC is receiving a lot of applicants. I did that for 67 calendar days. Hahaha
  9. Hi. In my case, the people who filled the reference forms put the hospital's contact number and email address in the section 2 of the form. Hope this helps.
  10. Hi sofiebear. Count 10 to 15 days from the day your documents were delivered to the NMC office via courier for the uploads. For instance, your PRC form was delivered on September 10, start counting on September 11 as day 1 and wait until day 15 for the whole upload of each of your document so, your PRC doc. must be uploaded on or before September 25. (for example only) lol i don't know the exact date Hope this helps.
  11. Hi. Ask your university registar staff in charge of the papers/documents in nursing department because that person needs to convert your theoretical hours in order to provide the required break down :)
  12. Hi sofiebear! From what I've read on this thread, it takes 10-15 days.. I am not just quite sure if it is working/calendar days but mine took 8-14 calendar days. :) I hope your documents are already uploaded on your portal :)
  13. congratulations! I have received mine after 67 calendar days of waiting. It is really a long wait but at long last, it came! haha Let me just share a bit of my experience in the assessment stage: There were some delays because of technical glitches.. I was waiting for any feedback (especially my DL) from NMC in August only to find out that I wasn't in the assessment queue at all. All the while I thought I already entered the queue since all of my documents (both barcoded and scanned forms) were uploaded on my portal in July. I received an email from NMC in response to some of my queries before and a part of their reply was to inform me that all of my files went missing because of technical issue so my application was out of the assessement stage. I was really shocked and thought that it was only a joke lol but it wasn't. If I didn't email them before, I wouldn't know my current situation. Anyway, afterwards, NMC retrieved and re-uploaded all of the documents in August. There were still some documents that NMC was requiring me to re-submit but after some discussion/clarification/verification to NMC through phone call (a couple of times), everything went good. I did not resubmit the said required forms anymore. Receiving the Decision Letter is really one of my best birthday gifts! hahaha Thank YOU LORD! :) I hope all of you will receive yours soon! :) Pray, pray, and pray! :) Best of luck to all of us! cheers! :) Anyone who wants to share notes for OSCE, kindly email me: [email protected]. thank you in advance! :)
  14. Hi loidetim2! Probably, NMC's system is down again. Hope it won't affect any of our information on the portal :/
