HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

Hi, Yes I have had my interview and have had visa approved. I am just waiting for my passport to come back with my visa and then I can book my flights. Employer looking for deployment January 11.

Next step is waiting for PD to be current which will vary depending on place of birth. Suggest checking out the current visa bulletin website for approx dates. PD is date you got approval. If current then you wait for NVC to make next move

My i-140 (Eb3-Philippines) got approved on January 8, 2016, after almost 8 months of waiting. Now, my lawyer is waiting for approved notice from USCIS.

Hi,

My I-140got approved on December 30, 2015.

On January 19, 2016.My status showed my case has sent to the Department of State for visa processing. Just wondering how long does it normally take to hear from NVC? I haven't receievd anything from NVC so far.
