EB3 MOVEMENT 2015---for those who want to pursue their US application.

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

My agent filed EB3 for me in August, and I just got a receipt number from USCIS, there is a date showed on the paper, just wondering is that my priority date? and how long does it take to get a final interview after that?

Yes. If you were born in the Philippines it's around a 11 year 3 month wait.due to retrogression.

I heard there is an agency will retrieve Philippino, Chinese and Indian nurses who have a priority date and whose employer has abandoned them. Stateside Network International. Perhaps there are others. ....

India, China, Philippines & Mexico are all lengthy. Priority date for other countries of birth is approximately a month wait according to the current visa bulletin: Visa Bulletin For September 2015

Your PD is the date shown on the I140 receipt and depending where you was born will depend on how long you have to wait and dates are as linked to in the post before this post

Hi Meeky how long from completing your forms and sending them to NVC did it take to get embassy interview. I am just awaiting an embassy interview

From the time they received all papers I think it took around 6 weeks but they requested further info aswell
