EB3 MOVEMENT 2015---for those who want to pursue their US application.

HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.

If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.

Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.

what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.

My I-140got approved on December 30, 2015.

On January 19, 2016.My status showed my case has sent to the Department of State for visa processing. Just wondering how long does it normally take to hear from NVC? I haven't receievd anything from NVC so far.

It all depends on place of birth and EB category. NVC will not send you anything until you PD is current on the visa bulletin

i just learned from march 2016's visa bulletin as it was released yesterday, that my pd jan.14,2008 is current. i have been documentarily qualified several months ago and just waiting for my pd to become current, which it is right now. when shall i be expecting an email from NVC regarding my interview schedule? your responses will be highly appreciated, thanks guys!

i dont know the answer but id like to say congratulations!could you share with us your experience when youll be interviewed like what questions or docs theyll ask…and good luck on your journey!

Is there anyone can share their NVC interview experence to me? what do they normally ask?

I am currently not working as a nurse due to some family reasons.

Would this affect my interview outcome?

I am currently filling outDS-260,and there is a question " Have any of your U.S. visas ever been cancelled or revoked?

I got rejected once for my US visitor about 7 years ago, shall I put yes or no for this question?

silverdragon is right. answer truthfully. and im not sure with this, but they may also have records with your past applications to us immigration.

just an update, i was able to receive an interview notice email from NVC 4 days after the visa bulletin was released. i am now preparing the necessary documents that i will present on my interview.included in NVC's email is the list of required documents, do you guys know what is the immigrant visa application part 1 and part 2? ive been searching about this online, and some say these used to be a part of an old form submitted to NVC, and the list is not updated that's why the immigrant visa application part 1 and part 2 are still part of the interview-documents-to-bring list. i learned that the one i should print out and bring with me is the confirmation page when i filled out the ds-260 online back then.i hope someone can share their thoughts about this. im not sure perhaps the iv application part 1 and part 2 pertain to ds260's personal, address, and phone information part? i printed out all pages of my accomplished ds-260 and the confirmation page online, ill be bringing them both on my interview just to be sure..
