HI, I WOULD LIKE TO START A THREAD REGARDING THE EB3 PRIORITY DATES(PD) MOVEMENT.
If february's PD is up to JAN 2014, prediction for next month might be a 7 month jump again to AUGUST 2014.
Then by APRIL, it can be CURRENT.
what are your thoughts on this? maybe we can update or give advice for those who want to pursue their AMERICAN DREAM.
yes that's true. manila us embassy website has updated their notice. they no longer accept walkin applicants due to unavailable visa numbers. I went for the interview yesterday, but the consul said there are no eb3 visas available anymore. They prioritized applicants who have April embassy appointment. But they did not give our passports back, as if they're going to put visa in them and send them back to us. It's like a false hope. Too bad there are families/couples who gave up their jobs already. It was heartbreaking.

I can understand your heartbreak as you were off by a month! I'm so sorry for your disappointment. I know words can't make it better since you were August maybe June EB3 VB will be kinder to you. Now that your documents are all ready surely they will be good in 6 weeks!
Hi,I recently contact an agency in the US, and they are able to help me file EB3. However, they will charge me $8000 USD as a process fee. Do you think this is reasonable for agency to charge me this amount of money?
I wouldn't go with any agency that charges a fee. I am with an American recruitment agency who have not charged me anything for processing and they have paid for all filing and application fees.
Hi meeky71,
would you mind sharing your experience with your nursing agency? which area are they located? and do they assign for hospitals for you to work after you got the immigration status in US? The agent I contacted with mentioned they will assign jobs for me after I got green card, and most jobs are in nursing home.
