Did we get the Good or the Bad pop-up? Only time will tell where this leads. We will have to wait 4 years for a re-take....so we need to make the best of what we have.

Like I said....there were no perfect candidates on this ballot.

I don't think there will be a re-take in 4 years. All the things conspiracy theorists accused Obama of wanting to do, such as implementing martial law and cancelling the election in 2012 and this year, will be carried out by their man.

I am afraid many people will end up fleeing north of the border with nothing but the clothes on their backs, if they're not placed in FEMA camps. Dear God, I wish I had applied for a work permit in 2011, when my mother encouraged me to do so. Canada will not want to take in an influx of Americans. They'll treat us like we treat Mexicans and Central Americans who cross the border.

Huffington post predicted a 98% probability of a HRC win.
But...in a HuffPost article written by the famed filmmaker Michael Moore back in July 2016, he accurately predicted that Donald Trump would win this presidential election. His article is interesting. The link is below.

At least he's still in touch with people in the heartland, like the people in his home town of Flint. The Democratic party was sorely out of touch, and all of us, including the people who voted for him, will pay for it. Might as well stick a fork in America, he can't reverse the damage done starting in the 1980s with offshoring.

Took my 88yo father to vote yesterday " for the girl" as he couldn't believe Trump was running. He asked what were all the signs for along the road and entrance to voting location. Poll workers and town councilman all recognized him and thanked him for voting. Upon getting back in the car, he asked me what was that all about. Ravages of vascular dementia, will be the last time he voted.

DH went to bed at 2AM, I staid up watching race as on vacation. When I got up for dental appointment, DH asked if he had a bad dream or did Trump really win the electoral college? 2017 will be a rocky year for healthcare.

"PVT"--- Paroxysmal Ventricular Tachycardia untreated might be just the "two evil" solution for many now that this master deceiver will occupy the WH.

There were too many complacent people. There were too many using "write in" candidates such as my own father. He wrote in someone who was dead. Too many who protest voted with voting for a 3rd party. My brother got sent out of town for work and was not able to vote even absentee because he was sent out on too short of a notice to get an absentee ballot. This election was just so ridiculous. I really wish yesterday was NOT my birthday. I want a birthday do over.

This was the first time I have ever seen so many sick literally nauseated at the end of the election. I know the candidate I choose will not always win, but I have so much fear for my friends that are minority populations. I cannot understand how this whole campaign revolved around stupid emials and Benghazzi. Hillary alone was not going to stop an attack on an American embassy no matter how many men were there. She asked for additional help for them and was denied. She could have only done so much.

I know many Americans are fearing that once next year hits they will lose their health care due to pre eixsting conditions, because the legislation that requires they be able to buy insurance will be repealed. This is going to be a long, arduous 4 years.

I remain ever hopeful that the damage one person can cause is not impossible to overcome, but I admit to having doubts about this. Sadly healthcare reform may be the least of our worries before long. It is NOT a good omen that the world's stock markets temporarily collapsed when the election results were announced.
