Public service announcement to all my healthcare worker associates:

DO NOT order anything from scrubsandbeyond.com !!!! They completely ripped me off. I paid extra money for my items to be shipped same day and received the 2nd day. I will be starting a new job on Monday and need a specific color scrub set for each day of the week. Shopping online is really the only option because scrub stores are expensive, few and far between and there's no guarantee they will have the specific colors needed in stock. The shipping I paid $11 extra for stated that if you order before 11am, your order will ship same day and you will receive your order the next business day. I placed my order on Monday after 1pm. So I expected my order to arrive yesterday, (Wednesday). When it did not, I checked online and my order has not even shipped yet!! Here it is Thursday and they haven't been shipped. I called customer service and they told me I MIGHT receive it Monday, which is TOO LATE! They won't give me a refund until I receive them, ship them back, and wait for processing. So NOW, I have to somehow find time to shop for 4 sets of specific color scrubs which will cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money already taken from me by scrubs and beyond. And I say "somehow find the time" because I have plans to go out of state camping all weekend. I'm more than just a little ticked off about this!

Well I'm with the OP on this one. If I pay extra for overnight delivery then I expect overnight delivery. I pay for Amazon Prime and it is great to know I will receive the item in 2 days. No one is going pay overnight shipping if the company doesn't "process" the item quickly enough to ensure prompt delivery.

Is it relevant to question the OP about why she ordered overnight delivery? Frankly, she could have been smoking crack when she placed the order, but it has nothing to do with the issue of providing overnight delivery.

Really? The buyer should be omniscient and know all the seller's unwritten rules?

I'm on the OP's side on this one. If you can't provide a service, then don't advertise it. And for DANG sure, don't tell the customer it's their own fault. I'm from the old school, where if you screw up, you make it up. The site should have overnighted the OP's order once informed they screwed up.

They aren't unwritten. It says it clearly that that particular shipping isn't available to all parts of the U.S.

OC, you are being puzzlingly argumentative. The OP ordered it in Monday. There was no weekend involved. It was a holiday, so like ordering Tuesday morning. It should have been shipped Wednesday, received today. It's now Thursday and hasn't even been shipped yet. If it wasn't available to the OP, they shouldn't have charged her.

I usually buy my scrubs online, unless I need them in a hurry. Then I hit Wal-Mart and get one or two sets to hold me until the ones I order come in.

I'm not being argumentative. I was simply pointing out that they have 2 day processing & don't ship on weekends & holidays.

If they were closed on Monday then it wouldn't process until today & ship until tomorrow.

But you are. The OP paid extra for same day processing and next day shipping. She should have received it yesterday, per the service they provide, that she paid extra for.
