Public service announcement to all my healthcare worker associates:

DO NOT order anything from scrubsandbeyond.com !!!! They completely ripped me off. I paid extra money for my items to be shipped same day and received the 2nd day. I will be starting a new job on Monday and need a specific color scrub set for each day of the week. Shopping online is really the only option because scrub stores are expensive, few and far between and there's no guarantee they will have the specific colors needed in stock. The shipping I paid $11 extra for stated that if you order before 11am, your order will ship same day and you will receive your order the next business day. I placed my order on Monday after 1pm. So I expected my order to arrive yesterday, (Wednesday). When it did not, I checked online and my order has not even shipped yet!! Here it is Thursday and they haven't been shipped. I called customer service and they told me I MIGHT receive it Monday, which is TOO LATE! They won't give me a refund until I receive them, ship them back, and wait for processing. So NOW, I have to somehow find time to shop for 4 sets of specific color scrubs which will cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money already taken from me by scrubs and beyond. And I say "somehow find the time" because I have plans to go out of state camping all weekend. I'm more than just a little ticked off about this!

I can't believe the number of people who are on here just being jerks. Regardless of whether you think the OP is saying anything of value, a platform of this type is 'take it or leave it' information. She's just alerting those that might care that she had a bad experience. If you don't care or you think she went about it all wrong then leave it be. The condescending tone and nit-picking seems to unnecessary.

Well it's a public forum, we can comment as long as we stay in the TOS.

That's true. But there's a lot of things you CAN do that aren't necessarily what you SHOULD do. Some people just love to argue for the fun of it.

But a lot of things were pointed out to the OP.

- She should've clarified if overnight shipping is in her area.

- She should've clarified the processing time.

- She clearly didn't order the overnight shipping.

- It doesn't guarantee overnight shipping.

I had an interview on Tuesday, I tried on my suit on Sunday. I don't live in a big town (think country). The suit didn't fit. Thankfully there are a few big stores here but the next big town with a mall is an hour away. If none of the stores had anything I would've had to go to the mall. That's what I get for trying on my suit last minute. Same thing with her. By the way, there are no scrub stores here either. But I know better than to buy anything last minute.

Y'know, if you'd stop patting yourself on the back for being so awesomely prepared, you'd know that the OP stated she shopped as soon as her employer informed her of the requirements. The company was in the wrong, she deserves compensation, and it's something I'll keep in mind when looking for other items.

I didn't beat anyone down. I said she should've looked into where & what shipping was available. I gave her advice. I was blunt but geeze, I'm not gonna treat her like she's a baby. She's an adult.

OK but apparently some people did or at least that how it sounded, if you feel you didn't or didn't mean too I can understand. I'm done with this conversation especially since you are posting childish pictures very bratty behavior so at the end you proved us right. You are immature condescending individual, you made it a point to prove soso many times how the OP was wrong in your eyes and that's not cool. No one can communicate with an individual who keeps posting childish graphics. You obviously have a problem. Reply if you like, I'm not going to see it since you are a definitely perfect example of an individual who needs to be blocked along with the rest of your team where thank God I don't see anymore on here, plus I'm not going to get notifications for this particular thread anymore since it's going nowhere.
