Do not order scrubs from scrubland beyond.com

Public service announcement to all my healthcare worker associates:

DO NOT order anything from scrubsandbeyond.com !!!! They completely ripped me off. I paid extra money for my items to be shipped same day and received the 2nd day. I will be starting a new job on Monday and need a specific color scrub set for each day of the week. Shopping online is really the only option because scrub stores are expensive, few and far between and there's no guarantee they will have the specific colors needed in stock. The shipping I paid $11 extra for stated that if you order before 11am, your order will ship same day and you will receive your order the next business day. I placed my order on Monday after 1pm. So I expected my order to arrive yesterday, (Wednesday). When it did not, I checked online and my order has not even shipped yet!! Here it is Thursday and they haven't been shipped. I called customer service and they told me I MIGHT receive it Monday, which is TOO LATE! They won't give me a refund until I receive them, ship them back, and wait for processing. So NOW, I have to somehow find time to shop for 4 sets of specific color scrubs which will cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money already taken from me by scrubs and beyond. And I say "somehow find the time" because I have plans to go out of state camping all weekend. I'm more than just a little ticked off about this!

I've never had any problems with them. Maybe next time it might be in your best interest to not wait till the last min to order stuff online. And fyi paying for expedited shipping does not speed up the time it takes for them to process the order. It just means that once it ships you should get it in that time frame.

I agree with the PP. I wouldn't wait until the last minute to go shopping for something you need immediately. I would go shopping in person. I don't think you're saving that much money. Even if you are, there's no guarantee you'll get it when you need it. Always better to go shopping in a store for something you need in a few days. Lesson learned.

I was just trying let people know my experience hopefully to be helpful to others. I ordered them the day I found out so no I didn't wait til the last minute. Ordering 7 days before being needed and paying extra to receive in 2 days like the site says, I think, is a pretty reasonable expectation. Where I live, the only scrub shop in town is not open when I am off work so I was left with that only option unless I drive an hour. Geez didn't realize I'd be ostracized for trying to spread the word about a company ripping people off. No need for the rudeness.

Well just because you chose to order something online instead of going shopping at a physical store when you knew you needed it in a few days, doesn't constitute an emergency on the store's part.

I paid $11 extra for a service THEY advertised for 2 days. I needed them in seven days. The point I'm trying to make is that they are charging money for a promised service and then not providing said service.

It takes time to process. They didn't say how long it would process. All they said was ship in one day. What if the processing time is a week? Did they state how long it took to process the order? Or did they just say how long it would take to ship the order?

It says right there the services are not available in all areas so clearly, you are in that area.
