Public service announcement to all my healthcare worker associates:
DO NOT order anything from scrubsandbeyond.com !!!! They completely ripped me off. I paid extra money for my items to be shipped same day and received the 2nd day. I will be starting a new job on Monday and need a specific color scrub set for each day of the week. Shopping online is really the only option because scrub stores are expensive, few and far between and there's no guarantee they will have the specific colors needed in stock. The shipping I paid $11 extra for stated that if you order before 11am, your order will ship same day and you will receive your order the next business day. I placed my order on Monday after 1pm. So I expected my order to arrive yesterday, (Wednesday). When it did not, I checked online and my order has not even shipped yet!! Here it is Thursday and they haven't been shipped. I called customer service and they told me I MIGHT receive it Monday, which is TOO LATE! They won't give me a refund until I receive them, ship them back, and wait for processing. So NOW, I have to somehow find time to shop for 4 sets of specific color scrubs which will cost me hundreds of dollars in addition to the money already taken from me by scrubs and beyond. And I say "somehow find the time" because I have plans to go out of state camping all weekend. I'm more than just a little ticked off about this!
So if it isn't available in my area, don't you think I should be notified that it's not available in my area? You think it's ok to still take my money for that form of shipping even though it's not available and then not tell me?
That is where you need to be the conscience shopper & see if the next day shipping is offered in your area. If you don't look, they won't look for you since you are not doing a business with a person. It's an automated process so of course it will take your money regardless.
Wow. You guys sure know how to pick apart almost any post a members makes. Geez.
Thanks OP. This post might make someone think twice before ordering something they want quick like scrubs for certain holidays or something. I personally don't buy scrubs online, but thanks for informing us.

THANK YOU. My my. Makes me want to quit reading on here! Lets beat a dead horse!!
Well if your seriously that unhappy why don't you try contacting the company and letting them know instead of complaining to a bunch of people that have nothing to do with it. Usually they will try to make it right to keep a customer. I have received shipping discounts back when stuff wasn't deliver as promised. Seems like that would be a better option for you.
So if it isn't available online you couldn't call? And as a PP stated possibly the holiday backed up your order.
Someone should not have to call a website to see if expedited shipping is available in their area. If it is not, they should be informed of that when they enter their shipping address and the more expensive shipping should not be an option. If there's no system on the website's part to inform shoppers of that, it's fraud to take a shopper's money and let them pay for the shipping anyway.

It is the shopper who needs to be informed. It's not fraud because it clearly states that it can't be guaranteed in every state. If the shopper doesn't do their part, then that's their problem.

Frankly I like to buy my scrubs off amazon. I buy Cherokee stretchy kind and it feels pretty good. Also I have amazon prime so that helps.
