3 Day Weekend

I have one. No school tomorrow for MLK Day.

Anyone have to go in?

I never stepped out of the house till I went to the dump on Monday!!!!

BUT, I cleaned out stuff like nobody's business!!!!

Every time I go to my mom's and have to hoe out her junk, I come home and do more at my house!! I do not want to be the owner of stuff I have not looked at in YEARS

And then I agreed to work at my per-diem job Mon eve as we have a short week due to MLK and workshop on Fri

I had a three day weekend... technically. I worked at my other job Saturday and Sunday with Monday off from both. But this week I am only working three days since I took off Friday to volunteer in my kids' school :)

We had early out, 1:00, for the kids yesterday, staff development afterward. Full day of recess for 700 kids crammed into 6 hours. I was as busy as a one legged man in a butt kicking contest.

We were pretty cold here too, but no late start.

My babysitter texted me to tell me that when she went to drop off my oldest and her oldest for a before school event the doors were not unlocked and no one was there to let them in. There were 5 kids banging on the door in sub zero weather. This is not the first time this has happened. I don't know whey they don't have someone staying by the door when there are before school activities!

It is Monday on a Tuesday and all of the usual characters have come to visit already!!!

It seems as if I always pay for that day off........

We came in late again today for cold but so far the white stuff has not affected us yet. Looking like the nasty white stuff is coming our way toward the end of the week. (I hate the ugly 4 letter "s" word that refers to the winter weather, not using it)
