Do you give Christmas gifts to office staff or any staff?

I usually bake something for the ladies in the front office, as well as my assistant. We have 60 teachers in my school, so there is no way I can do something for all of them.

We draw names here in the elementary office and then I will generally get a little trinket or something small for the other administrators in the other 2 buildings. No way I could do something for all of the teachers- I work in 3 buildings!

I don't have any staff, I'm a one woman department :) But I think last year I gave some hot cocoa mix type things to the OT/PT/ST ladies that I share space with. I also gave Christmas cards to those I'm close to. But that's about it.

We do a Secret Santa thing for all staff - your choice if you want to participate. I am part of the Office team (12 of us)- we usually go out to dinner or someone will host a dinner party at their house and do a white elephant exchange. I am close with a couple of people on staff and will usually exchange small gifts with them.

I'm planning on giving a little something special to my 2 health aides and then probably a trayful of goodies or something for the teachers lounge.

First time at this school so I don't know how they do it but I have ideas - small VS lotions or baked goods are my go to for the ladies in the office and my principal. I'll probably give something to my lead also.

I did soup in a jar for principal, custodian, and secretary. They all appreciated it and it didn't cost much to make.
