Carla from scrubs. She showed me that you can get through any situation with a good sense of humor and trying. And the importance of building a work family you can trust, even if you go through some rough patches.
I went to nursing school because of Dixie McCall on 'Emergency'. Boy, was I surprised several years later when I realized that being a nurse was nothing like they portrayed on that show.
Any of the Hospitalists in TV shows that always seem to be doing nursing tasks at the bedside because physical exams, research, and order writing isn't as sexy as nursing...
Madam Pomfrey from Harry Potter FOR SUREEEEEEE. She's sassy and strict, but also deeply cares for the students and is always there when help is needed. Luvvvvv her. Also--she can do some sick a$$ healing spells.
My favorite nurse is Bokhee from Grey's Anatomy. She is a scrub nurse that has been there for every season, even though all the main characters for the most part are not. It shows you that nurses leave a lasting impression. She has no speaking lines, but that did not stop me in noticing the importance that she holds in the show.

Leonard "Bones" McCoy - Star Trek:TOS - oops not a nurse. So I would say Nurse Christine Chapel from TOS or Nurse Ogawa from TNG.
