I know this is a short one, but I read it on imdb.com today that she is demanding background checks for the nurses helping her delivery. First Kylie Minogue, and now this. man, I've always hated celebrities.

Good grief, I delivered my son in that hospital. Yeah, I know which one. I worked there for a while...we had princesses and all manner of celebrities there. She should have just kept her mouth shut about where she was delivering in the first place. Unless it's a hoax, to throw "them" off.... You know, the paparazzi!
I guess I am confused. granted I don't really know much about her but I am pretty sure she doesn't even live in arizona?? does she have a house in LA and north carolina or something? what is wrong with having the baby in a hospital close to home? does she plann on moving there for her last month or what.

I just don't care what Ms. Spears does and where. She is such a NON-entity to me. Fortunately for me, I don't work in a hospital likely to attract such celebrity and circus-like situations. Thank goodness for small favors.....
I'm not defending her decision on this, but hey... if you got the money... and there are those crazy people who are obsessed with celebrities.
Personally, I don't care what she does as long as that baby is loved and cared for. We sometimes get celebrities delivering in my hospital (usually it's the dad who is well known), but I haven't run into some super silly requests. They've all been really nice and reasonable. Regardless, I treat them like any regular patient.
