Break Plans?

For those of us still here, anyone have fun plans for break?

We are traveling to visit my family, which we usually do during Thanksgiving but my husband wanted to switch things up this year. Sadly we can only stay three days because of his work schedule. I'm a Bears fan, my cousin's husband is a Vikings fan. I'm excited to tease him, payback for the last few years.

Other than that? Sleep, eat, repeat for me until Jan 7th! :sleep:

We are doing Christmas with our kids Saturday (yikes that's tomarrow!), then heading to my Mom's house for my side on Sunday. We will spend Christmas Eve with MIL in the nursing home, then Christmas Day is just home relaxing with family. Rest of the vacation will be the usually housecleaning and getting started on my son's graduation stuff. Oh and sleeping in!

We go back 1/3 and 1/4 for inservice, then kids are back 1/7.

We return 1/7 Kids and staff.

No big plans really. My mother in law in in Connecticut with my brother in law, she needed a big change since this is the first christmas after my father in law passed away. My parents are headed to S. California to spend time with my sister and her family so it's just me, my husband and my kids this year. We are going to have a quiet Christmas and will probably go out for Christmas dinner. We have talked about going to the Bay Area to see a Sharks game (San Jose Sharks hockey). Other than that we'll cull toys and books my kids have outgrown and hang out around home for 2 weeks of family time.

We'll go see my mom & grandma for a few days, more celebrations here at home. Then a bunch of nothing. I'm not back until 1/8.

We go back on 1/2 as well. We are leaving at 3;30pm today to fly to my sisters in NC and my parents are already there...going to Myrtle Beach for a few days as well. Cant wait to get away!

Christmas at home in AR. My mom is coming 12/25-1/5 to visit. I'm going on my 1st trip to Vegas 12/26-12/29 with my boyfriend and then back to work 1/7.

I didn't realize so many schools aren't doing two weeks. That sucks!!

Although, we're scheduled into June. For some reason, we never get out in May.

our last day is June 17, unless they have to extend it to make up for bad weather days.

Well, the last bell has rung here and I'm RUNNING out the door!

It's been fun reading about everyone's plans. Safe travels to all of us on the move, here's hoping we all get some much deserved rest and spending time with loved ones!
