It matters if she was a nurse bc if true she sets a very bad example of critical thinking and behavior for attacking a child.

Stop blaming the victim! Maybe not the best choice but the mom was reacting to the bad situation created by the 2 losers who were unable to control their emotions related to the President. Wonder why they thought it was OK to act like that, hmmm.

They both did not show any critical thinking and their behavior was unconscionable all because of this man who has NO critical thinking skills and exhibits unconscionable behavior on a daily basis.trumpspeak.thumb.jpg.366b77cd3144abca780eb49ec145c1f5.jpg

Did you watch the video? The mother did much more than react to the situation. After her signs were destroyed and the hat stolen, she should have called 911 then. However, she decided to follow them across the parking lot, repeatedly tell her son to get his hat back, and then proceeded to challenge them with her constant challenge "do you want to try me?"

Had something happened to her or her son, she would have been as responsible as the one that committed the act.

I remember winning a coloring contest at my grocery store back when I was around that age and the "2nd place" kids mom was arguing with the manager saying mine sucked compared to the other runner-ups. I cried as I accepted my gift basket, it was actually pretty traumatic.

Kids take small stuff very personally. I would imagine an adult, even as low functioning as these ones are, would know this. The mom shouldn't have put her kid in this situation either, just like some of the people bringing their kids to the volatile protests going on right now.

Oh a brighter note, I sometimes think about what a failure I am, but then I watch footage like this and it reminds me that I'm doing OK in life.

Any one of the adults could be a nurse in any state. They may have traveled. Regardless of occupation or state of residence, what lunkheads!

a kid shouldn't be wearing Trump propaganda, imo. I'm sure I'll get heat for that statement, but a child has no business wearing political attire. they can't vote. ?‍♀️

And the girl who got raped at the bar shouldn't be wearing the tiny outfit she was wearing. It was too revealing for the men who were drinking. That logic is nonsense.

regardless of the child being able to vote or not, the attackers were adults. Or at least of adult age, but apparently not of adult mentality. If you attack a child for that, you have some deep seated problems. Sorry, not sorry

In the situation described in the OP, if the woman in question, after her signs were destroyed and her son's hat stolen, had not followed the two instigators, I would agree that it is a similar situation. However, and again, she did not. She made at least three bad choices.

First, she opted to follow the instigators. This, in and of itself, was far from a wise decision.

Second, she started challenging one of the instigators with her taunts of "do you want to try me?" Had she been assaulted after this it is possible that she not only would have been able to claim self-defense but could have been charge as well.

Third, and most important in my opinion, she repeatedly told her son to go and get his hat. What if he had tried, and was subsequently injured?

And, as a result of her actions, an unidentified male engage in some type of physical interaction with one of the instigators.

How exactly do you see these as the same?

This behavior is terrible regardless of if it was driven off of either candidate's signage. I don't know what has happened to us as a society now where we think this kind of action is appropriate. I was taught "Just keep on walking. They are entitled to their opinion, mind your own business."

So the drunk scantily clad woman at the bar followed the guy to his car to smoke a cigarette. She said I bet you haven't gotten lucky in a long time. The guy seeing this as his opening assaulted and raped her. So it was her fault. That is insanity just as insane as you trying to defend two grown women for assaulting another woman and her child. If the tables were turned and the assaulters were Trump supporters I'm sure your opinion would change. Nobody deserves to be assaulted ever. Words never need to be replied to with fists.

And you base this ignorant conclusion on what?
