Look RNs, MDs, Plumbers, Tax Accountants, Janitors etc. are people who develop and act on beliefs about a political candidate that no one else can understand. I don't care what her occupation is. And I am glad she is now involved with the judicial system. She and her accomplice were in the wrong.
What concerned me more was the mother's actions independent of her political choice. She did NOT exhibit any wise motherly direction to the child. "Get your hat, get your hat, get your hat" and pursuing strangers. Scary stuff when your mother is supposed to be protecting you and making you feel safe. It was obvious the child was terrified by the incident, as he started crying and asked her to call 911. Another hat can be gotten for $5 and the election is 2 months away. What should be the priority -- removing son from the situation and making him feel safe, or reacting in such a hostile manner that the child becomes terrified (and learns this is what you do over a $5 hat.)
By a $5 hat made in China. If he wants to do something about illegal border crossings, move manufacturing to our South American neighbors and give people jobs in our own hemisphere. Ivanka could have put her shoe factory there also instead of making deals with China. Trump is so hypocritical going after China now since he has benefited enormously from buying Trump products from there.

“"Hillary Clinton wants to abolish the Second Amendment. By the way, if she gets to pick her judges, nothing you can do. Although the Second Amendment people, maybe there is," Trump said at a campaign rally.”
“Trump also encouraged his supporters at another event to "knock the crap" out of any protesters causing trouble.
"I promise you, I will pay for the legal fees," Trump said.”
And then there’s this article. Trump sounds dog whistles, trying to give himself plausible deniability .
”a nationwide review conducted by ABC News has identified at least 54 criminal cases where Trump was invoked in direct connection with violent acts, threats of violence or allegations of assault.“
”The 54 cases identified by ABC News are remarkable in that a link to the president is captured in court documents and police statements, under the penalty of perjury or contempt. These links are not speculative – they are documented in official records. And in the majority of cases identified by ABC News, it was perpetrators themselves who invoked the president in connection with their case, not anyone else.”

And somehow after Charlottesville, my neighbor told me over the fence that his father was a concentration camp guard and asked how my relatives in Israel feel about Trump? These orificees are emboldened by Trump's hate speech. He really gave me the creeps and made me feel unsafe in my own town. His supporters have resurrected the old anti-Semetic slur "globalist" as a Republican ideology: https://www.haaretz.com/us-news/.premium-how-did-the-term-globalist-became-an-anti-semitic-slur-blame-bannon-1.5895925 and it was shouted by the likes of Ann Coulter and Steve Bannon and my neighbor never watched anything but Fox, ergo: another torch was lit to go and burn down the house of Frankenstein (substituted for by the synagogue in Pittsburgh).

No, not really pertinent at all.
But clearly some flawed thinking thought that it might inflame some argument and be a platform for propaganda intended to benefit the current occupant of the People's House.

I agree, politics is an adult's game, not for children or even teenagers, and this would be extremely dangerous in some countries.Lose of emotional control or speaking with out thinking can and will get you shut up permanently or your whole family in a dangerous predicament.

As was just demonstrated in Kenosha quite tragically.

Let's turn the other cheek as the Savior taught us to do. Let us pray for our enemies and bless those who curse us. Let's forgive and model God's love. That is not to say that man's law doesn't apply.
