You have a lot of good working experience there. I heard they weigh that a lot!
Hey guys!
Do you guys know if you have to turn in a transcript before applying or is that after applying? The reason I ask is because I read that if BCIT doesn't have the whole transcript to prove you have met the requirements the application will be incomplete. Due to current events, how do you send in a transcript? Order it, then scan and send a copy? Is it that easy? Is anyone else doing this?
Also, because there are only two intakes instead of three in 2021, does this mean they are taking in less students or is there going to be more seats to make up for it? Hmm. ?

I spoke with admissions they said you can scan a copy with your application when dates open up and that has been enough but if they suspect something invalid or fraudulent with your scan copy they will let you know they need a printed copy. I personally just will be doing both to avoid issues. When you send it in to the school they attach it to your student file and they are able to access it while processing your application. There should be a self serve option from the institute you're sending it from but if you're not sure contact admissions but its fairly straight forward once you find it.
As for intakes its the same amount of seats and I believe some people did get admission into 2021 April maybe because there was a lot of applicants. I feel like I remember reading that they did not do an intake application for one semester due to covid since no clinical were allowed and they were trying to figure out what to do but I'm not entirely sure. I do recall reading somewhere I think someone got into April 2021 but maybe I'm wrong but I highly doubt they'll increase seats for sept 2021 either way.
