  1. Hi everyone I am looking to apply for the NP Program at some of the schools in bc in the near future but until then I was wondering if you could share what experience your applying with/how many years, GPA, and anything that helps boost your applications. appreciate it!
  2. Tbh I never asked again after I took the classes cus I didn’t see a reason to after they told me its fine. I don’t have extra time now if I do have to take the class cus im in the program now if I do have to redo it, I’ll probably just do it while in the program! Its best to just give them a call if you wana double check.
  3. I took 7001 and 7021 they said it was fine and meets the requirements. You can ask again to double check but when I asked last year thats what they said.
  4. If you applied for jan 2022 you will know your final status by october 15. I remember them mentioning this when I was asking about the final status for fall intake. They probably won’t do a non cog since for the last two intakes they haven’t due to high volume of applications. When I got accepted for fall they started going out on may 26-June 15. So you guys should probably find out around sep 29- oct 15 of your final status whether its an offer, no offer, or waitlist top 15 or bottom 15. Also when I got accepted my application status changed first before I got the my communications letter of acceptance so around that time period make sure your also checking where it says application status. Goodluck!
  5. This is really great experience and GPA Maybe it was your casper? Definitely contact bcit and they'll let you know where you lost points!
  6. Thank u! I did it at VCC:) also forgot to mention I don’t know how I did on casper because I didn't apply to schools like UBC that tell u from what I've read from others but I felt pretty good about it I did the practice exam a bunch
  7. Thank you! I did the healthcare assistant program and worked as a care aide in LTC and home support for about a year n half. I also worked with bccdc on the covid results line and bccdc research projects with studies done in jails and bonnie henry covid related research. I now do pcr covid tests at the airport for international travellers arriving in canada. My credits are from pre reqs and the hca program! My cgpa was probably around 3.81 for pre reqs and for hca was 4.0. It was a really easy program to do well in! Thank you! I hope yours will be soon too!! Goodluck:)
  8. I got accepted and I applied with 51 credits! I was taking classes in Winter sem but those credits wouldn’t be counted because they were in progress. don't lose hope!
  9. That’s correct everyone’s is conditional until all the terms of acceptance are completed
  10. I did my test in January of this year and admissions said that I don't have to redo it for the January intake
  11. Stay positive!! Look at the bright side u didn't get a rejection today and that’s all that matters we’ve waited months for a response keep pushing through!! Almost at the finish line
  12. I checked my application status at 425 ish and it updated to accepted and I never got an email from my communications but my my communication updated. Nevermind the my communication emailed at 4:51
  13. Hey guys just got accepted can’t wait to start in September!!
  14. Can’t remember if you mentioned it before but what did you apply with? Are u nervous about your work experience?
  15. I believe that as well
