I'm sorry to hear that. I got declined a couple times as well at a few other schools I applied to. I am not sure what happened. It's hard to not take this personal when everyone I know got in and I have yet to. We are on this journey together. ?

Are you going there?

Hey guys! I'm currently in the nursing program, term 5 @ BCIT. If anyone is looking to gain more experience in the health care field I have a job opening at my work! (BCIT loves to look at relevant health care experience!)

JOB OPPORTUNITY - Unlicensed Care Worker

- The job is in North Vancouver, 5 minutes from Lion's Gate Hospital.

- The starting pay is $20/h and there are merit increases.

- The shifts are 6:30-15:00 or 15:00-23:00 everyday. Shifts will be available ASAP and training shifts ASAP.

- No experience required!! The employer is specifically looking for (prospective) nursing students and will work with you to fit your schedule. It is excellent experience in applying for nursing school or maintaining your nursing skills.

- You'll be working with a male client in his 30s who has cerebral palsy doing total care (ADLs, medication administration, and companionship) in the client's home.

- The bulk of the shift is companionship. It is a chill, fun, and rewarding job - the client is sociable, fun, and kind. You have a lot of flexibility in what you choose to do together. The client enjoys watching TV, going for walks or drives, going to the movies, etc.

Please email me @ [email protected] with your resume.

Also please feel free to email me for more details! ?  I would give my number but considering this is a very open website I don't feel comfortable doing so.

Also I promise this isn't a fake ad or anything. Just wanting to provide an opportunity for those who want their nursing application to look 100% (;

For those who got into January 2021 term, do you guys how much tuition fee we need to pay by Nov. 5th excluding the $500 commitment fee? I don't know where to find the exact information from..

Hi! I got mine yesterday as well ? I guess I'll be seeing you in January! haha

Hey! I was wondering when you got waitlisted did it say waitlisted-complete? Do you know if theres 2 separate waitlist or if you’re on the waitlist you’re guaranteed the next intake if you don't make it for the current intake?

I just got a single email saying that the class was full and got waitlisted for the September 2021 intake! I got this email on June 10th then received another on July 2nd saying that I was in the top 10 on the waitlist. Unfortunately, I did not make it into the September intake but was offered a seat for the January intake ONLY because I was in the TOP 10. People not in the top 10 on the waitlist would have to re-apply. I don't think there are two separate waitlists.

No, mine hasn't changed!

Hi I was wondering if theres only one waitlist and you automatically get in the for the next intake if you don't get in the one you’re waitlisted for. Im waitlisted for the April intake
