Any hospital hiring new grads? anywhere in the country?

Does anyone know of any hospital that are currently hiring new grads without any experience? I graduated May '09, and it's so hard finding a job without experience. Thanks.

Are you talking about Trinity Mother Francis? If so, I did my clinicals there a year ago. I loved it!

Baylor Dallas hires new grads. I was hired there right out of school in 2009 and we just got 4 new grads on our floor last week.

For Baylor as a new grad do you know if they require a BSN? Or do they hire ADN's also?

I know they prefer BSN, but not sure if they hire ADNs as new grads. All of the new grads hired since I have been there have been BSNs. However, that may not be true for every department/speciality.

We are hiring at the hospital I work for in Kentucky....We just hired about 20 new grads and still need more. We have travelers because we do not have enough permanent staff...

What city? I need in on this lol!

Keep an eye on the University of Pennsylvania Health System website. Watch for jobs that say, "new graduates welcome" or Clinical Nurse I. They don't have a ton of them, but they do pop up. They have a 1-year residency program. Careers | Penn Medicine

St. Lukes Healthsystem in Kansas City has many Registered Nurse I openings. Centerpoint Medical Center (HCA) has new grad openings. Missouri University also has some new grad openings. Good luck everyone. The last one isn't close to Kansas City, but if you're willing to relocate it's at least worth a shot.
