I worked for an agency that did it. It was quite convenient except I couldn't use it at the pump for gas. It also had fees for every withdrawal or non-signature debit. Those were the only downfalls. We found an ATM that only charged $1.50 per withdrawal and allowed up to $700.00 per day (at Walmart) so that solved the main issue for me.
Unless you had an option for it to transfer to your bank account without fee's I would be livid! I can't imagine having to pay some stupid ATM fee just to access my paycheck so my employer can save a couple dollars themselves. Passing that onto the employee is unconscionable
I agree! Using it for groceries or at the mall would be fine and dandy. But what about people that have bills to pay? I'd have to go to an ATM, pay a fee to access the money, then go deposit the money into my checking account, and then finally pay my bills? No, I wouldn't be happy.

You caould also use the card to pay your bills. As for fees, you already are paying fees to use your money that is deposited into your bank account.

:confused:Hi everyone, I have a question. I am going to have a temp job with this agency that gives flu shot assignments to nurses in different States/cities. Their payroll method is something that I have never heard of. Has anyone ever been paid by "Mastercard Payroll card" before?? It seems like they would not issue a check and instead issue the card that I just mentioned. Before giving any information to receive a Mastercard payroll card, I was hoping I could find someone who has been paid through this method before. Please respond if you know anything about it.
Thank you so much.
