  requires shockwave software download. be sure to stop the animation and go frame by frame for a more detailed explanation of events. this is a wonderful tool for "putting it all together" as it pertains to the cardiac cycle.

my a&p begins on friday the 6. i'm a nervous wreck and the book i'll be using is by martini. i'm really determined to do well in this class but my "evil twin" keeps trying to put doubt in my mind.

I used Martini in A&P last fall. Try to utilize their online tutorial website which has excellent practice tests. The CD's that come with the book are also very helpful. I also purchased the accompanying study guide which was of tremendous help to me. Good luck!

You are set up for success and will do great especially if your teacher sticks to the material in the book. Unfortunately it was a problem with my teacher and he had material from mystery resources but I still made an A. Study hard and furious :wink2:

I also bought Anatomy and Physiology Cliffnotes book, and Survival Guide For Anatomy And Physiology: Tios, Techniques And Shortcuts" by Kevin T. Patton, Anatomy Coloring book from Kaplan, and Taber's Cyclopedic Medical Dictionary. I hope these things help me. After looking through my books,and starting to read the first few chapters, I didn't realize that there was soooooooooo much stuff to learn. Wish me LUCK and pray because i'm going to need ALL i can get. I'll be back here after class.
