nozinan (levomepromazine)

Morphine, zofran, aspirin, zosyn, ceftriaxone. ER that does not give dilaudid.

The first three I mentioned are definitely top three, not sure about the antibiotics. Other possible 4th and 5ths include tylenol, oxycodone, solumedrol, cipro, flagyl, vancomycin, protonix, and ativan.

Often at the same Patient at the same time.

Result : + Pantoprazol

Protonix, Heparin/Lovenox, Lipitor, Metoprolol, insulin...
