Just curious.

Our census has been kind of low for this time of year. I saw in an email where they had asked the surgeons to help bring in more patients. I presume through elective surgery (joint replacements, laparoscopic gyn surg etc).

House has been full. We've had ER holds almost every day in November.

I work in an outpt setting and we have been busy, busy, busy. We have had a few hit or miss days, but mostly we have been kept steady. Influenza is coming so pretty soon we will all be super busy real soon. Everyone will think they have Ebola so it'll be interesting.

Ours was low over the holiday, like 6 empty beds which never happens otherwise. Tend to be the sickest patients that don't get to go home though so still quite busy.

We've been full to the rafters on my floor. It's causing a bit of tension from the CCU and the ER. Too bad for them, because we can't stack 'em 4 high.

Census has been low in my neck of the woods. We have had influenza cases, though.

Our census is high because everyone has their deductible paid (elective ortho surgeries). It's awful, but I'm getting OT like crazy.

Full as can be!

Never enough beds. Thank goodness for overflow.

Sounds good, maybe there is hope for us!

fluctuates...we've been full of late but then last week had as many as 8 empty beds (26 pt unit). It has been dementia central lately though...lots and lots of confused, poo flinging climbers!

Really up and down lately. 9 one day, 24 the next. Blah.

Our census has always been low this time of year. Goes up and stays up after the holidays are over.
