The use of Wise One Liners helps me when I'm needing to make decisions, especially at work.
Here's a few examples crediting the person from which I first heard it:
If it ain't broke, don't fix it." -Dad
"The worst enemy of good is better." -Dr. M
And from Dr. ABC:
Got any Wise One Liners you like to use?

Several years ago, when I was having a problem with plantar fasciitis, while researching the problem, I ran across an article titled, you guessed it...
"Time Wounds All Heels."
Or in cases of karmic retribution...
About 30 years ago, I was called into the director's office for failure to perform a task that I or none of the other nurses cared to do. The director went over how important this task was, that we all needed to do it, and in the end he said,
"You don't have to like it, you only have to do it".
I could get behind that.
