Who's still waiting on "THE LETTER"

Okay, it's getting down to crunch time!!! I am starting to *think* plan B. I still have to wait until the first part of May before I get any news. If I don't get in, I will need to bust my rear to get more pre req's in this summer for another program starting in Jan'07...

Who else is still waiting for fall 06...and do you have a plan B????

Wow I see that you're in St Pete, I live in Gainesville. Thanks for the support I can be a shoulder for you to lean on also. It's stressful though, this time isn't going by quick enough. Its so bad my son will be turning 3 Wednesday and I thought his birthday was next week.

hahah, aww. We will get through it. I think waiting is kind of like mini-bootcamp before we get in because it's so damn stressful! I have been trying to keep myself busy, like searching for a stupid job, blaaa.

Oh, and is it just me or do they give us no time to prepare from when we find out if we're in or not? I mean, some people need to make living arrangements, etc., but it's so hard when we don't find out until July and then school begins at the end of August. I think this is kind of cutting it too close, personally.

I'm still waiting on my letter, but I got my application in later. Last I knew the school still had 30 seats open, and I'm hoping one of them has my name on it.

I'm still one as well to get the letter. I had an interview last week and they will be interviewing other students through next week. We should know around the second week of July. UGH... I hate this waiting!!!

I'm still waiting. I applied in early May so it's been nearly 2 months. I won't find out until September, according to admissions...when I applied to go to college for my BA, it took about 2 months to get letters to all 3 schools to which I applied, so I'm not used to waiting this long, and it makes me very nervous! I'm thinking about applying for a pre-nursing program at the local 4-year school so I don't have to dip straight into clinicals and the intensive nursing courses. I think some of my brain cells are still around but in a dormant state and I don't want to lose many more than I already have :p Best of luck to those who are getting their letters soon and to the rest of us who still have a while to wait :)

I won't know until the end of my spring semester, which ends early May. I have never been this nervous. Good luck to everyone else who is anticipating as well! :up:
