Who wants to play the waiting game with me?

That's right; this semester is over and it's no longer in my hands! :yeah:I'm officially playing the waiting game! I've done all that I can and all that needs to be done. The school's acceptance letters go out in March so I'm on here looking for someone, anyone on here who might be in the same boat as me and who wants to jump into the pool and swim with me as we wait for our numbers to be called!

So... anyone out there?:smokin:

Congratulations on your acceptance letter to TVCC for the Fall semester! That is a great milestone to reaching your dreams. Don't be scared, trust in God for everything and that will get you through. God didn't bring you thus far to leave you hanging! I'm sure you'll be fine, and in about 3 weeks, I'll be celebrating with you as well because I'm expecting my letter in the mail!

For Matt and other hopefuls, like me-be of strong heart and courage!!!!!

No fear either! Been in the Financial Industry for many successful years and is now making a career change to nursing- which was my first choice after HS but circumstances got me on another path. However I am embarking on my first career choice as my last career choice now-before it is too late.

Don't ever give up without a fight! I am currently awaiting my acceptance letter-staying positive-can not think of rejection now-smile.

First Choice Last,

That is a great name. I am so glad to hear from someone else that has the same identical story as I do. It is very hard, once you have a family, to start over! It has been a challenging choice. I have taken most everything I can without being in the program. So now it is a waiting game to know what my next step is. Good luck to you!!!!!

Good luck to everyone. I started nursing school in Sept 0f 1996. I stopped to raise my kids and ran my own daycare business. Now that my kids are older I have started school again for the only career I have ever wanted. I received my acceptance letter last week for BCC. My dreams are coming true. Hang in there for all those still waiting, it was worth the wait.

I called my school today and I was told acceptance letters won't be sent out until the last week of April and the first week of May. Then I called a branch of the school and was told they were waiting for the list of Fall 09 nursing students and wouldn't know when they would get list. April is going to be a looooong month!:banghead:
