If you've ever taken this personality test, what was your type? What speciality of nursing are you in? I'm a student considering the ER and am an INFJ.
Very true extroverts probably aren't spending a lot of time on the internet! The biggest difference between introverts and extroverts is in how you re-charge. Introverts can be just as personable, pleasant, and certainly can have friends and enjoy being with other people. After a point, however, they need to retreat to their own place to read, watch TV, play with their pets, read blogs on the internet, etc., and be away from people to reset themselves. Extroverts, on the other hand, gain energy from being around other people in social settings.
-INTJ all the way. Nursing educator and in the military.
INTJ.
When I first took this test 6 years ago in my first year of nursing school, I thought it was a load of bull hockey. Now, I realize it's pretty accurate and wish I paid more attention to it.
I work on a cardiac telemetry floor. Definitely does not suit my type. I recently switched to nights because I deal with less people and in general it's quieter. Day shift is a bit too much for me.

INFP, M/S intermediate care. I'm one of those introverts that presents as an extrovert, then goes home to (try) to decompress.
