This is a good opportunity to ask: do any other ISTJs dislike nursing or is it just me? Is the MBTI perhaps not a a valid indicator of job satisfaction? I just got back from an official MBTI assessment discussion and realized that many of the qualities of ISTJs aren't compatible with the general nursing environment.

Thanks for the links, bekahinpink! Thank to your resources, I can now report myself as a "moderate INFP."

Interesting. I like this mostly because I think it's information that might help me to understand and work better with others. Seems I often make the mistake of assuming others think, feel and experience like I do and forget that there's a range of personalities out there.

Well, I'm not too sharp about all things allnurses, but I do know when you start a post, right at the blank form you get to fill in the topic and the post, just after you check the box saying you agree to the TOS, you will see a checkbox at the very bottom right of the page that reads "add poll." If you check that box, the next page will be a form to make a poll.

Since you've already posted, I'm not sure exactly how you'd add one now. Maybe with an edit? (Moderators, please feel free to jump in here!)
