What's the funniest most unusual baby name?

Nurses Humor Nursing Q/A

As many of you know by now, Kim Kardashian had her baby. As if you couldn't miss all the annoying coverage over every single detail. They named that poor kid North West. What are some of the funniest/weirdest/most unusual baby names you have seen? Could be a patient or someone you know in your personal life. And if you are someone with one of those odd names did you just learn to live with it or would you change it.

Same reason as every other person who has ever passed on this ridiculous story. One of those things people who study human behavior have worked on for years!

We get it. You're the smartest one on the thread. If people are going to persist believing it, and your first five posts didn't stop them, do you really think 5 more will?

all one has to do is do a Google search. Do your OWN name, and I'll bet you'll pull up a White Pages entry, something on a cheesy fact-finders site, facebook, some article you were quoted on a few years ago, you name it. Now do your sister, your best friend. Got entries on all of them, I'd be willing to bet.

I've taken care of kids with wackadoo names. Just googled one of them. Didn't find the kid. Unless YOU yourself have combed the birth registries of every state, it could just be an urban legend that someone disproved the myth. I mean, YOU didn't see it. You just heard it somewhere. Much like I heard about a K-ia.

Spring and Autumn and Summer. Nice names. Last name was Pigeon. I kid you not. And my daughter knows twins named Lacey and Gracie. They rhyme. It's cute when you're three, not when you're thirty.

OK...another twin one. Reno [the girl] and Nevada [the boy]. I thought that was clever and kind of pretty.

as far as Shithead is concerned - it is an ethnic Indian name - a former co-worker of mine had a friend who's parents were from India and that was her given name.

I've seen Candida, Sunshine and Velvet (I've worked in call centers)...

It seems like Reno is a better boy name and Nevada would be the girl

Hey, ease up, wooh! Not about being the smartest, just hate seeing urban legends repeated so many times, that's all. If others don't mind, so be it. I guess I overestimated on some folks. Will drop it now.

Just going to answer on this, then let it go. Your kid with the wackadoo name will very likely show up at some point, no doubt. Kid's probably too young. My suggestion to use Google would pertain to people who have been on this earth a couple of decades or more (much as the infamous Jello Twins are purported to be).

Anyway, I don't mean to spoil the fun, I meant to get rid of what is recognized as urban legends, in other words--outright lies. To me, THAT spoils the fun.

I normally respect what you write, wooh, and if you think I'm making too big an issue of it, I'll stop.

My lawyer father represented a young man who desperately wanted a name change. His first name was his mother's maiden name plus his dad's last name. Put 'em together folks... Fuller Krapp.

His chosen name was John Smith, which the court willingly approved.
