What's the first thing you'll buy when you're officially an RN?

Saw this thread in the Male Nurse forum and thought it was a great idea. What is the first thing you'll do in terms of purchases when you're officially a nurse. I would like to start heavily paying off my student loans, save up for a house, and get weekly pedicures! What about you?

I love what everyone's including. I didn't think about black out curtains!! Great idea!

1. NEW furniture! I am tired of my old garage sale/thrift store stuff. With that, a super comfy, never want to leave bed!

2. A new car. Again, tired of my hand me down cars!

I'm going to pay for my parents to go on a nice vacation (for a thanks for watching my son while I'm in school)

My family has a bit a money set aside for a house, I'll add to that pot and start house hunting. Then it's just a matter of paying off student loans and saving for an MSN program (provided I finish the program with more than a 3.0)

I'm first planning on giving a decent amount to charity. To be blessed enough to make it through nursing school would be really nice. Giving some to help others would really be a good thing for me. Aside from that, i'd probably save up for 6 months or so and update my vehicle lol....not sure to what, though...

After I'm done school, we'll be going to Disney. My original plan was to take a cruise with hubby, but I think the whole family will need a vacation when I'm finished . After I start working, then it'll be time to hopefully, finally start looking for a house (we've been renting).

We are planning on buying new furniture for the living room as we are tired of our cheap small Ikea furniture that we had to go with to fit in our small living room. Then we are buying our kids new furniture as we will be upgrading housing so they can have their own rooms. After that were buying a new car and saving up for a Disneyland & Legoland vacation. Was suppose to go there for graduation BUT we are having to put it off until after I start working again.
