I am well aware of the Republican Party agenda. It benefits no one but themselves. As I said, QED.

No it would benefit the poor and minorities the most which you know but in your mind you deny.

I wasn’t referencing civil rights only, but Google voting rights, to start.

Then move on to gay marriage (equal protection of the law), anything related to transgendered people (ditto, plus the right to control one’s own body) and move into climate denialism (in loyal obedience to the hydrocarbon industries). While you’re at it, you could also investigate Christian nationalism (Republicans all and dating back to appropriating the religious right vote, which seeks the violation of the first amendment guaranteeing religious liberty) as well as the recent legislative coup blocking healthcare benefits for veterans affected by burn pits. Then there’s the trump tax cuts, benefitting business (long-time Republican constituency) and highest income individuals (ditto). Anti-Union legislation and propaganda. Basically anything that hurts poor, working and middle-class people has powerful Republican backing.

In other words, anything that goes against the wishes of Democrats has a racist, misogynist, or homophobic motive.

Just like criticizing Obama was racist.  Or, just the other day a poster here said Kamala Harris was being mocked because she was a black woman.

In other words, it means exactly what I first proposed: this claim to be the party of Lincoln is purest fantasy. Still haven’t seen a Republican policy proposal that benefits anyone but themselves. All the right-wing duckspeak being flung about here doesn’t mention a single instance, which tends to imply that either you don’t know or that there isn’t any.

No, that's not what I said about Harris.  Does that make you a liar or just wrong?

Not sure how a documentary on public school education proves anything about the evolution of Republican policy proposals, unless it says something about the fact that “conservatives” have been maneuvering, with varying degrees of success, to control local schools ever since they lost their collective mind over New Math and Ebonics. But, since we’re assigning homework, read and discuss:

Combatting Cult Mind  Control (Stephen Hassan)

Conservatives Without Conscience (John Dean)

The Conservative Nanny State (Dean Baker)

The Divide (Matt Taibbi)

Nixonland (Rick Perlstein)

Dark Money (Jane Mayer)

The Republican Noise Machine (David Brock)

Invasion of the Party Snatchers (Victor Gold)

I particularly recommend the last book on the list - author was a Goldwater conservative.

its about school choice and failing schools in Democrat cities.  unlike partisan books the documentary is not about partisan politics.

At least two of those books were written by long-time conservatives. But whatever …

Speaking of charter schools and school choice, It might be interesting to see if there’s any mention of the damage done to the public school systems. They were kneecapped by the increasing proportion of economically unattractive (ie more expensive to educate) students. Does the movie address possible effects that charter schools have on publc school systems?

Review the remarks on your own, I know what my comment said and implied.  You've got enough on your hands avoiding providing actual support of your claims without worrying about my previous comments.
