I guess they either improve or go the way of the dinosaur.

Meanwhile, the public formerly served by that school system now has to pay through the nose for iffy education for only some of their kids, while those private charter schools are not included in the constitutional obligation to provide free public school education to all children. Cui bono?

still harboring all that anger I see.  One thing I notice about liberals.  They're not happy unless they are miserable.

That comment seemed angry to you? That's odd. It was a statement of fact and an observation... maybe you're projecting since my remarks made no mention of any feelings.

I know what was said and so does Beerman. Your tolerance for direct communication seems stretched if you feel that my comment was "off the deep end".

I would invite you to join me in a private chat where we could discuss your concern for my mental health, because your musings about me personally are not appropriate for the thread.

Said go look for it.  I simply asked what they said.  I find it odd that others have to come to TMBs defense all the time.

Coming to my defense versus calling you out on your nonsense... but you may prefer to cast yourself as a victim... works for Trump when he's called out.

That's right...I made you responsible for your own ignorance about what was said in a thread you were following.

I’ll betcha she thought you  were a girl. “You’re so angry” is a very common accusation when women fail at being nice and agreeable. Then she either remembered or found out that you’re a guy and suddenly the accusation changes to “you’re weak” = lacking power = impotent = not masculin.

Tucker would be disappointed in you …

That’s right an iffy education.  Perhaps those parents will become more involved in their kids education like the parents that sent their kids to better performing schools.

I think that was the most condescending post I’ve e ever read … and I’ve written some doozies in my day.

So … how would your suggested solution work for, say a CNA single parent raising kids, then grandkids . Working nights at a nursing home, maybe. How do you suggest that s/he “get more involved” in their kids’ school?

The people being left behind by this ongoing sell-off tend to be the lowest income residents, while the taxes on their rent money goes to businesses that don’t want anything to do with them, let alone provide the education they’re paying for.

Nope,  definitely not the party of Lincoln.

so what did you say?

There was a post about Kamala Harris introducing herself using her gender and preferred pronouns, and the mocking of her for it on social media.

TMB made a remark about how it's not news that conservatives were mocking a "woman of color".

Conservatives mocked a woman of color? When? Is there a source for this?

Mocked for her color or mocked her and she happens to be a woman of color?

Trump mocked her and any old reason will suffice to satisfy the standards for mockery among his loyalists and voter base.  He could mock her because of a known handicap and that wouldn't matter to a surprising number of self proclaimed conservatives.  So, you choose the reason for the mockery.

Oh. I thought a conservative actually mocked her for being a POC. If that was the case that's not appropriate.

I do not think anyone would consider a skin color a handicap, Trump would?

I must ask the question, if we mock someone or question them, what separates that from mocking or questioning them without it being because of skin color?

This is the article:

https://www.foxnews.com/media/Twitter-blows-up-over-kamala-harris-introducing-herself-pronouns-description-clothing

This is Baloney's response to it:

So, is the news here that the woman of color was mocked on Twitter by conservatives?

You can form your own.opinion.

And, I'll just point out that Trump wasn't even mentioned in the article.

There are some here who like to deflect often. Even from their own previous comments.
