Something to understand what nurses think about re the Current News and their opinions!
8 hours ago, Cclm said:Yes. Because you know Kyle Ritthouse was a forsure white supremacist and we didn't know his mental status either but that didn't stop the left from making their inflamed propaganda assumptions.
Of course you won't give it thought, a black man and does not fit into your narrative. It wasn't a white guy committing terrorism so no.... don't talk about it?
Which inflamed propaganda assumptions from which media are you complaining about? You aren't very specific and I suspect there's a reason for that lack of specificity.
What narrative do you think that you're describing? Is anyone defending this killer or are you speculating about that? When did that event get labeled terrorism by the FBI?
6 hours ago, Cclm said:Emotionally charged like Kyle Rittenhouse's reporting? He was a white supremacist and all the lies that are still being said even after the truth came out???
The left media making all sorts of claims that they had no proof of??? And still are??
Or like Nick Sandman in which some got sued huge? And many will be sued by Kyle??
Mark my words, if this pos was white, he'd be a domestic terrorist Maga Trump loving nazi within the first hour of the story breaking.
Does anyone see the hypocrisy?
Like the left and Kyle Rittenhouse?? That's media??
Nick Sandman is a good example. His story was fueled by social media and the media seeing public interest in it jumped the gun.
Kyle Rittenhouse, not so much. He wasn't some innocent kid that just happened to be at the wrong place at the wrong time.
I don't know if the vigilante group the "Kenosha Guard" that used facebook to recruit people like Rittenhouse was a racist group. But they violated curfew, put themselves in danger and people died.
Of course he's not a murderer, and now he's free to interview and say what he wants that he's not a racist and that he supports BLM protests.
Some of the vigilant groups that protect persons and property from BLM protesters are aligned with white supremists groups. So it wasn't a stretch.
Rittenhouse has the best lawyers money can buy, fueled by donations, and is using words like "malice and defamation" so most like lawsuits will be forthcoming.

The PTSD of being a killer will be lessened as he convinces himself he was justified for being there as a protector just wanting to help people, and that it was self-defense and will also be lessened by being paraded around by the likes of Trump, being hailed by power men in congress, and being the poster child of gun carrying patriots. Right now he's doesn't seem to be returning to private life but carrying out that message.
The PTSD of being in a high profile case, being known by virtually everyone having an opinion about you, judging you, etc. may take some time.
But even Fox News has moved on as they are talking about the new covid variant, slamming VP Harris, a vaccinated rock star that has covid twice after being vaccinated (Canadian Bryan Harris), although he may not have covid for the 2nd time but a lingering from the first infection, (this happens to a woman at work that was sick with covid three separate times a couple of months, presumably from the same infection) and the Holly Elite and rising crime.
Next news cycle.
STOP THE STEAL Trump Lawyer appointed to federal election advisory board
QuoteOn January 2, 2020, Republican lawyer Cleta Mitchell joined then-President Donald Trump on a phone call with Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, who Trump asked to "find" 11,780 votes to overturn the election in his favor. Nearly eight months later, Mitchell was appointed to a federal election advisory board, the Associated Press reported.
Nominated by Republican-appointed members of the US Commission on Civil Rights, a federal agency that informs national civil rights policy and its enforcement, Mitchell was approved to join the Election Assistance Commission board of advisors by a majority vote of commissioners on August 21, AP reported.
However, her addition to the board was not publicized until journalist Jessica Huseman published EAC documents to Twitter on Monday.

Seems a little dramatic.
But, if you believe that, you might question how she was appointed with bipartisan support and by a committee chaired by a Biden appointee.

All good questions. But not dramatic at all if you attempt understand her beliefs and motivations. Our republic is in peril and the fact that this spreader of election lies was elevated is more evidence that the problem is deep and wide.

She's one person of 35 who can make recommendations, not set policies.
The far-left progressives who have been elevated to congress, state governments, city councils, and school boards, etc. are a far more dangerous threat to our country.

That's your opinion. You could support your opinion with some citations and related information, as I have done. Or you can let it stand alone as right wing opinion fueled by unnamed right wing rhetoric. Do you really want to start comparing the number and ideological extremism of members of the political parties? Really? Should we start with Boebert, Gosar, Gaetz or Greene or start with the very top and work down?
To be clear, there are crooks, crazies and crybabies all through political history in all flavors of ideology. But we should speak honestly about what's going on in republican politics just now if we really care about the health of our republic. Pointing fingers at liberal boogeymen imagined at every corner while ignoring the many obvious indicators that our democracy is not safe is exactly what our global enemies want conservative Americans to do.
This is how liberals are destroying America:
Critical race theory, "rewrite the rules to steal the election" are candidates ideas.
Some articles about liberals being a "dangerous threat" are hard to come by, some require prescription. Some are right wing rhetoric, but it's out there.
Really, all their talking points they describe as "dangerous"...critical race theory, the border problems, inflation, tax and spend, raising the deficit, "dismantling the police", etc. are how they think liberals are destroying American and "dangerous".
The "rewriting the rules to steal the election" is a new one I'm going to have to look into and see what the liberals are doing there.

Rittenhouse's trial was emotionally charged because of the nature of the shootings by the frightened teenager. What truth came out? The verdict came out...that's the truth according to the jurors. We know from experience that jurors get things wrong sometimes.
Sure, Kyle might sue some of the media. Do you expect that Kyle will also be sued?
You mark your own words...you are free to speculate in any way that your media preferences encourage you to speculate. That's a really good way to keep some people in an ongoing state of heightened emotions...as evidenced by ...
Yeah...I see lots of hypocrisy, and propaganda...just not where you believe that I should see it.
