Yes, Virginia teachers can go back to not teaching something they weren't teaching before.

If they aren't teaching it then they shouldn't complain about the ban.

We've spent trillions of dollars apparently, according to analysis.

Remind me again, did the party of fiscal responsibility promote behaviors and practices that increased or decreased the spread of this very expensive disease? Oh right, that political leadership abandoned fiscal responsibility related to a public health emergency (just like they abandoned civic duty, family values, integrity, and ethics) to follow the lead of Trump who asserted from the beginning that masks were a matter of personal choice and that mitigation was optional.

There are direct consequences to letting a disease burn through a region.  We have no idea what our experience in this country might have been had social conservatives cared more about the pandemic than they did about their politics.

Yeah and he was called racist for closing the boarders too. However let's just forget that he 2as able to set the stepping stones to get the vaccines quickly. What did Fauchy say? ..."Vaccines could take up to 2 years "?.....

We've brought up this point many times.  It wasn't just Fauci, but the World Health Organization and other scientists stating that a vaccine would take a while.  The drug companies proved them wrong and that's a good thing.  Good on Trump for providing the road map.  As I've also brought up many times, this could have been his crowning achievement as he went out but for his focus that the election was stolen from him due to fraud.

Don't hear much talk about fraud after yesterday.  Guess the Republicans showed us.

Speaking of covid, it's burning through liberal Colorado that has a whopping 80% vaccination rate and hospitals are stressed with some of the highest rates of covid in the country.

I do not subscribe to election was stolen narrative but considering there were many more eyes watching, if it was true ya think they would do it again?  Think anyone with half a brain would even attempt it?

How about staging fake tiki torch racist right before the election. Is that a form of interfering in a election?

Congrats to people of VA.  Seeing parents stand up against CRT and other hateful left rhetoric is amazing.

You fell for that myth?  Please cite instances of any elementary or secondary student who had formal training on such an esoteric nothing burger?

Financial cost?  You mean like shutting down businesses and destroying peoples livelihood?  There needs to be a balance

Regeneron,  travel staffing, ICU care, virtual schooling, overtime for first responders, loss of life,  loss of limb, loss of respect for government.  Our county is financially stable despite enforcing Covid measures.  Out worst problem is labor shortage but that was a problem before Covid.  Many areas of the country are in financial good health without  the Florida stupidity. Your government treated people abysmally so your governor could maintain Trump's approval.  Really mixed up priorities.  But hey, Florida.  Save the bales!

This arguments is such deflection. Ya. The actual class that's given at law school complete with a syllabus , assignments and final exam is not being taught. However there is CRT ideas that are being taught and at the very leased being endorsed by democrats or at least were. Now they just deny it. I'll post link in a little bit.

New Jersey and New York have higher covid death rates than Florida, and had strict lockdowns.  What happened there?

What state do you live in?

If you can get past that it's the Blaze, here's a link. I chose it although  Blaze is pretty far right, there is videos in it referencing prominent democrats and their hypocrisy.

Borders...not boarders...none of the the words you just wrote have anything to do with my comment that you quoted or the information that I provided.  The nonsense scapegoating of Dr Fauci (not Fauchy) is noted. You do understand that Fauci isn't a bad guy in any of this pandemic politicization of covid or mitigation, right? Are you aware that it is propaganda that accuses Fauci of nefarious professional activity related to covid? Do you recognize that most of the criticism repeated in conservative media is simply a smear campaign?

What percentage of the population must comply with mitigation strategies for a very contagious respiratory pathogen to be slowed substantially by masking, distancing etc? It's OK when 20% or 30 or 40% of any given population refuse to follow the basic rules for public safety, right? If only 40% of the population urinate in the public pool there's nothing to talk about, right?  If 30% of restaurant workers don't wash their hands, is that a problem?

If you have a patient in a hospital with a highly contagious disease that is on isolation precautions, what percentage of the health staff could safely ignore the masking? If 30% of the staff went about their business in that patient room without masking, do you think that the disease would spread?

Some of this seems like common sense.
