What does your spouse do?

I was just wondering what does your spouse do for a living? My husband is a mechanic. At the past 3 shops he has worked about 30-40% of the guys he works with are married to someone in the healthcare field. He finds it intriguing. So I'm wondering what field is your spouse in?

She is a wonderful mother of 3 great kids :) (ages 6,5,3!!!) very tough job! Couldn't be prouder!

My husband is a small business owner of an Aluminum Extrusion Plant. (since everyone always ask's....they push aluminum though dies to make pull handles on desk draws, boat seats, winebago bumpers, some windows & doors, office equipment ect.)

My hubby is a stay at home Dad, takes care of the children while I work.:roll

I'd love for my husband to do that! He's way better at cooking, cleaning, and just about anything domestic-related than me. He's also a darn good father.

But right now, he's an auto worker for one of the big three and he *hates* it...

I'm reading this thread for ideas, I've been trying to get him to go to school, or get trained to do something else... :rolleyes: but they don't call a factory job in MI the "golden handcuffs" for nothing...

this is such a great thread! my hubby currently works for the USPS doing data entry. He is also doing coursework online to get his degree in meteorology. He wants to work for the Weather Channel one day but says he would "settle" for working for the local tv station! :chuckle

Mine is a LPN that I met during my lapse of sanity when I thought I wanted to work in a psych hospital......Best thing I found out besides how much I missed the ERRRRRR was someone to share with and love.....
