The last few postings I've seen for the last couple days are highly stress influenced. And why not? We're in one of the most stressful/pressured positions of work. So I thought for fun, I'd get some suggestions from my friends at AN to see what you do to de-stress?
My contribution: a pedicure. I love the relaxing spa feel of a foot soak and a cute nail polish that only I can see hidden in my nursing shoes.
:) What is your de-stressing techniques? Does it help? :)

I play my keyboard, with headphones on if other people are around, so I can play badly and not care. I love getting lost in figuring out he music, and forgetting my woes!

I play video games. Halo Reach being one of my favorites. Nothing says de-stress like blowing up random people or close friends.
If I don't feel relaxed after that I play Just Dance.
Outside and I don't mix. LOL

I agree, but, I play WoW (World of Warcraft). It's so relaxing sending my saber tooth cat out to kill something, oh, and I'm hitting them with arrows.
