The last few postings I've seen for the last couple days are highly stress influenced. And why not? We're in one of the most stressful/pressured positions of work. So I thought for fun, I'd get some suggestions from my friends at AN to see what you do to de-stress?
My contribution: a pedicure. I love the relaxing spa feel of a foot soak and a cute nail polish that only I can see hidden in my nursing shoes.
:) What is your de-stressing techniques? Does it help? :)
I contact juggle. It's like meditation in that I can't think about anything else or I drop it. When I do something really cool (especially on accident) it makes my day. If I'm wound up, it melts the stress away.
That looks relaxing, and ummm HARD!!! I dont think I would be able to do that!!
