I came across this is little story today, it's not breaking news. I suspect that a member of the housekeeping staff knows something about the bomb threat that required the sweep for weapons.
According to police in Secaucus, the bomb threat — which later was determined to be bogus — was called in to Hudson Regional Hospital on July 18. During a search, bomb detection dogs led investigators to an unlocked office closet containing dozens of firearms.
Among the weapons were 11 handguns and 27 rifles or shotguns, according to police. The closet also contained a .45 caliber semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine that was determined to be an assault rifle, and a 14-round high-capacity handgun magazine.
The arrested the guy the next day.
What the heck do you think this guy was doing? It sounds very ominous that he was keeping those weapons there.

So using an entirely new term (MAGAphile) to separate the Trump voters from other conservatives isn't a reasonable attempt? You still won't accept the provided definition of the term after asking for it... is that the image of reasonable discussion from a conservative who doesn't identify with the MAGAphile group?

In reading back several pages, I was struck by Weetywill equating bringing a mention about books to TMB's supposed liberal leanings, twisted to ask (seriously?) if it means that he accepts (not excepts) mature content of a sexual nature being okay for children to read.
I know that is a convoluted sentence and I'm sorry. But really, the 1 + 1 = 7 reasoning there kind of blows me away.

It doesn't seem to be thrown out with kindness and seems to be used derogatory. But I can see basically it mean "Trump supporter/believer" and it might be easier to say "Magaphile"

The first time she used it, it kinda came out of nowhere and didn't really fit, but I guess she was just itching to get it out there. In the same discussion, a few posts down, she used "she" and "her" as pronouns for me.
So, it was very apparent Heron was trying to be inflammatory.
Now, she and TMB say it's simply a term to distinguish between conservatives and Trump supporters. However, this is what Heron said just the other day: "I coined the term “magaphile” in order to think and talk about the group of people who agree with trump".
That doesnt make sense, obviously. As, most if not all conservatives agree with Trump on many issues. So, how is that distnguisinging a "Magaphile" from any other conservative?
Anyway, it seems to give those few a dopamine rush to not only just use the term, but to also make extraordinary efforts to defend its use. So, let them carry on if that helps them get through their day.
