What caught your attention in the world today?

I came across this is little story today, it's not breaking news.  I suspect that a member of the housekeeping staff knows something about the bomb threat that required the sweep for weapons.

According to police in Secaucus, the bomb threat — which later was determined to be bogus — was called in to Hudson Regional Hospital on July 18. During a search, bomb detection dogs led investigators to an unlocked office closet containing dozens of firearms.

Among the weapons were 11 handguns and 27 rifles or shotguns, according to police. The closet also contained a .45 caliber semi-automatic rifle with a high-capacity magazine that was determined to be an assault rifle, and a 14-round high-capacity handgun magazine.

The arrested the guy the next day.

What the heck do you think this guy was doing? It sounds very ominous that he was keeping those weapons there.

Predictably, you bring up sex.

It is the Bidens.  Sex and drugs seem to go hand in hand with that family.  Just ask Ashley.

You prefer teaching RRR to preventing suicide. Got it.
I don't know where you are located, but CRT is not a K-12 subject here. It is taught in grad school in this state.

So you have factual  data on how many suicides have been prevented by grooming kids and not informing the parents?

I would be willing to bet that if you look closer they are teaching CRT, obviously not the same version as the grad school but the aspects are the same. Who said I prefer teaching RRR instead of suicide prevention, who was even talking about that. But since you brought it up why do you think we even need to teach that now? Maybe bc the schools/society aren't teaching what they should but instead confusing kids with all these social agendas. Small children don't have the ability to process these issues and we all know it, we all know at what age the brain is fully functioning!! I truly believe that we (or others later) are going to look back on all these social experiments we are conducting on children (among others) and be horrified at what we have done. This is no different than the other experiments the government has nefariously done on  people, IMO.

Another poster focused on gender/sexuality. Forget about innocent people assaulted or killed by rogue police, focus on sensational stories about gender identity.
Anyone harmed by police had it coming, amirite?

No one unjustly assaulted by police have it coming. However many times there is things people can do that will significantly reduce or even eliminate the possibility of use of force from police. It's not fun and doesn't get likes on social media but being calm, polite and following instructions will most likely result in no use of force against you. Also not committing crime or associating yourself with criminals helps as well.

One can make the point, if you open fire on police, assault them or otherwise attempt to cause physical harm to them or to another, you may have forfeited your life. You should expect to have it coming.

Below is a good resource.

This is a lie. This is BS. I don't know where you live or if you have any friends but this is not true and you should stop saying it is.  It just isn't.☹️

Yes. Why can't they be taught that there are boys and girls and sometimes others. If they do not feel they are as their gender that's not anything to be ashamed of. Or if you have crushes/attracted to the same sex. That's okay too. They should speak to an adult they trust. The best would be parents.

If a child reports that they do not feel safe telling their parents then that is a concern for abuse and should be reported.

Maybe they live in a community that doesn't live the thug life. Where people are respectful to one another and a police officer doesn't have to wonder if he or she is going to make it back to their family after their shift.

When I broke my garage window with a softball when I was 12  I didn't want to tell my parents.  Wow didn't know I was abused.  Just because someone doesn't want to tell their parents doesn't make an abusive situation.  What does make an abusive  situation is the child grooming going on in schools. The abuse will be from parents beating the hell out of school officials.  And deservedly so.  You do not know better than someone's parents and you don't mess with their kids.

Thug life again from you eh.  Don't worry I won't engage

You must not have friends either. The community doesn't matter as much as you might think it does.  Police DO profile Maybeee you guys are dead wrong and if insulting people by calling them thugs makes you feel important ?. Then I'm glad you have what you need to have a sunny day.

No one should have to wonder if they will make it back home at night especially innocent people.

And the times that police use excessive force, what are the consequences? Thanks to cell phones, we can see how often that happens.

Of course police people profile.  They profile all kinds of people not just minorities.  But this fallacy you have of thousands of innocent people being locked up for nothing is pure fantasy.  You have the right to remain silent.  Use it.

Ask the cops in Minneapolis.
